I’m Ariel Cohen, a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2018 and a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. I specialize in lymphatic drainage, post-surgical recovery, injury rehabilitation, and swelling management.

My passion for lymphatic care is both professional and personal. I live with chronic venous insufficiency and have struggled with swelling my whole life. Because of this, I deeply understand the challenges, frustrations, and daily discomfort that come with fluid imbalance. This lived experience drives my work and gives me unique insight into what my clients are going through.

At Lymphatic Wellness of Idaho, my goal is to bridge the gap between medical care and hands-on support. I help clients prepare for surgery, recover afterward, manage lymphedema, and safely return to their favorite activities after injury. Each session combines clinical skill with education and practical tools you can use at home—so you feel supported not just during treatment, but every step of your healing journey.

I believe lasting results come when you’re empowered to care for your body beyond the treatment room. That’s why I integrate education, techniques, and simple routines into every session. Healing doesn’t stop when you leave my office— I want you to feel confident in supporting your body everyday.
